Returns Policy


  • Non-personalised items can be returned to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in brand new condition with their original packaging.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, including packaging, booklets, and labels.
  • It is preferred that customers use the same shipping packet in which the items arrived.


  • Refund will be credited back using the original payment method.
  • To return non-defective products, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable both ways. We recommend that you choose a mailing option with tracking for the return package. If the package does not reach us, we will not be able to issue any refund. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages during the return transit. For international returns, we are not responsible for paying customs fees, which may include, but are not limited to, duties, taxes and brokerage fees.
  • Once we have received your package and our quality assurance team has verified that the contents meets the conditions above, we will contact you and give you the option of either a refund or an exchange.
